Title:Engagement of State Support Unit (SSU) For Activities Under the Umbrella of Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM), AMRUT And Namami Gange

Description of the Assignment:As a State level monitoring agency, Our role as “State Support Unit” was required by the UDD, GoUP to monitor & Support Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) for successful implementation of AMRUT, SBM and Namami Gange.
o Coordinate project activities and facilitate interface between the government, parastatal entities, MCSOs and CSOs engaged as project partners.
o Management of beneficiary data and reporting of progress and alignment of the same with SBM (U) and AMRUT Management Information System (MIS).
o Guide and support human resource scheme of the Mother CSOs and CSOs.
o Conceptualize and design of IEC & BCM material;
o Undertake Progress reporting; facilitate CSOs to conduct the same at their end.
o Track and facilitate accomplishment-based CSO Invoicing.
o Grievance redressal of Citizens & project partners.

Guide & support Uttar Pradesh during Swacch Survekshan (SS) 2019
o Support in data collection, documentation and maintenance of records, including maintenance of local database (in line with State level datasets).
o Training of Divisional Managers on SS 2019 from time to time on various Swacch Survekshan agendas.
o Continuous guidance to ULBs towards the implementation of key evaluation parameters of SS 2019.
o Preparation of shared formats as per the SS tool kit.
